The fine print, in plain words.

Loomii, the anonymous-messaging app and website run by JKSON-LOOMII(INDIA), has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualising minors, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, and any attempt to contact, meet or exploit a child. This applies to every profile, message, quiz, username, photo and prompt on Loomii.

Loomii is not made for children and is not marketed to them. Before creating a link, the app asks for birth month and year on a neutral screen and does not let anyone under 18 continue; the phone remembers a failed check. We store only the fact that the check was passed, not the date. Profiles we believe belong to a minor are deleted.

• Messages are checked as they arrive; known CSAE terms, threats and all web links are rejected before delivery.
• Messages are text only — senders cannot upload images or files.
• Profile photos, usernames and prompts are public and can be reported.
• Rate limits, blocks and site-wide bans stop repeat offenders using keyed identifiers.
• There is no user search, no direct chat between strangers and no way to contact a sender.

• In the app: open the message → Report → Child safety. A copy is preserved for review.
• On the web: loomii.link/report → Child safety, for profiles or anything else.
• By email: loomii.appsupport@gmail.com with “Child safety” in the subject.

Child-safety reports are reviewed first. When we find CSAE content we remove it, ban the sender and delete the profile involved, keep the evidence securely, and report it to the authorities in India — including through the National Cybercrime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in) — and to other bodies where the law requires. We cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement.

We comply with applicable child-safety laws, including the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules.
