Delete your Loomii.
Deleting is instant in the app, and you can also ask us here.
In the app (fastest)
- Open Loomii → Settings → Privacy & safety.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
- Your username, link, profile photo, messages, quiz, coins, purchase records and settings are deleted from our database straight away, and your link stops working.
What we keep
Loomii has no password login, so a web request is matched to a profile using the details you give us; we confirm with you before deleting. Reports about content (which include a copy of the reported message) are kept until reviewed and then for up to 12 months for safety and legal reasons. Google Play keeps its own record of purchases under its own policy.
