The fine print, in plain words.

These terms are an agreement between you and JKSON-LOOMII(INDIA), who runs Loomii. By using the Loomii app or website — to create a link, send a message or take a quiz — you agree to them, to our community guidelines and to our privacy policy.

You must be 18 or older, both to create a Loomii link and to send messages. Loomii is not designed for or marketed to children. If you are under 18, do not use Loomii. We remove profiles we believe belong to someone under 18.

Loomii gives you a public link (loomii.link/your-username) that you can share on Instagram, Snapchat or WhatsApp. Anyone with the link can send you an anonymous message or take your quiz without an account. Messages arrive in your inbox in the app, where you can reply by sharing to your story, unlock hints with coins, report, block or delete.

There is no password or login. Your profile is tied to the Loomii app on your phone through a secure device token. If you uninstall the app or clear its data, you lose access to that profile and we cannot restore it. Usernames are unique; if the name you want is taken, Loomii gives you the nearest free one. You are responsible for your username, photo and prompt, which are public. We may change a username that impersonates someone, infringes a trademark or breaks our guidelines.

Whether you own a link or send a message, you must not use Loomii to:

• sexualise, exploit, groom or endanger anyone under 18, or share child sexual abuse material (zero tolerance, reported to authorities);
• harass, bully, humiliate, shame or repeatedly target anyone;
• threaten violence, encourage self-harm or suicide, or glorify violence;
• post hate against people for who they are;
• share or threaten to share intimate images without consent, blackmail or extort;
• dox — post someone's address, phone number or other private information — or try to find out who an anonymous sender is;
• impersonate a person, brand or Loomii;
• spam, scam, phish, send malicious links or run bots and automated sending;
• do anything illegal in India or where you are, or help someone else do so;
• interfere with, reverse-engineer or overload Loomii, or get around rate limits, filters, blocks or bans.

Every message can be reported and its sender blocked from the inbox. Anyone can report a profile at loomii.link/report. Loomii automatically rejects messages with threats, links, child-safety terms and similar content, and moves mean messages to a hidden folder. We review reports, child-safety reports first, and may remove content, reject messages, rate-limit, block or ban senders, and suspend or delete profiles — with or without notice when safety requires it. We keep a copy of reported messages for review and report child sexual abuse material to the authorities.

If you think we removed content or restricted a profile by mistake, email loomii.appsupport@gmail.com with your username and what happened. We will review it and reply.

You keep the rights you have in what you write or upload. You give Loomii a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, deliver, display, filter and review it only to run and protect Loomii. Messages you send are delivered to the recipient, who may share them — for example as a story. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use.

The Loomii name, logo, illustrations, templates and app are ours or our licensors'. You may share your own Loomii story images, which carry Loomii branding, but you may not copy or resell the app or its designs.

Coins are a virtual item you can earn (new profiles get 100 free) or buy in the Android app through Google Play. You can spend them to unlock templates and message hints. Coins have no cash value, cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for money, and are not a bank balance.

Prices are shown by Google Play before you pay, in rupees and including applicable taxes. Coins are added only after we verify the purchase with Google. Unlocks are permanent for that profile. A hint shows only the real signals Loomii recorded and is not proof of anyone's identity; if a message has no hint data, the reveal is free. If you delete your profile, unused coins and unlocks are lost.

Loomii has no subscriptions — see subscription terms. Refunds are handled as described in our refund policy.

You can delete your profile at any time in Settings → Privacy & safety. We may suspend or delete profiles that break these terms, harm others or put Loomii at legal risk. If we delete a profile for a serious breach, unused coins are not refunded except where the law requires.

We may add, change or remove features, templates or prices. If we shut Loomii down, we will give reasonable notice in the app where we can.

Loomii is provided “as is”. Messages come from other people, not from us, and we do not guarantee that the service will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other laws that cannot be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
